COMBAT audit promised

Bickering between County Executive Katheryn Shields and County Prosecutor Mike Sanders over Jackson County’s COMBAT anti-drug tax continues. Shields admits to spending surplus money outside of the formula proscribed by law. However she claims most of the extra money went to the same law enforcement agencies that are now complaining about their COMBAT alloations..
