April 6 voters will see several big bond proposals. Kansas City, MO is proposing three bonds for infrastructure improvements, zoo improvements, and a WWI museum at the Liberty Memorial. Several school districts are asking for levy increases to offset budgetary crises, as well as bonds for various construction and renovation projects.

- Smithville School District - $7 million in improvements
