Johnson County arsonist on the loose

It appears that there is a serial arsonist on the loose in Johnson County. As of this morning, 11 Olathe-area fires have been set since March 6th. Most of the fires have been in homes that are under construction, with the latest one being a large apartment complex. Police, firefighters, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms are investigating.
