@BlogKCThe metro area’s fifth off-leash dog park recently opened in Penn Valley Park near 31st and Broadway. A walking trail and fence are in place, with dog and human water fountains and lights in progress. The new park is already becoming a destination for dog lovers throughout the metro area, as well as the booming number of Downtown residents.
