Days after drawing 200+ protesters in Kansas City, Vice President Dick Cheney turns a prestigious foreign policy address at Westminster College in Fulton, MO into a political speech. Westminster was the site of Winston Churchill’s famous “Iron Curtain” speech, as well as appearances by various foreign dignitaries like Mikhail Gorbachev, Margaret Thatcher, and Lech Walesa.
