Anyone who reviewed the original projection knew it would happen. The original supporters knew it would go broke. They found a whore who could with a straight project obvious bogus revenue amounts and lied to the voters. Its time the Chambers of Commerce, the politicians, business leaders and foundations took the lead and fund this from their own money. They were the ones who lied to us.
