Missourians to vote on hate amendment

The issue of same-sex marriage was hotly debated in both state legislatures this year, but it is in Missouri, the more liberal of the two states, where voters will be asked to decided on a constitutional ban on same-sex marriages. This would serve to strengthing the existing legislative ban.
The Coalition to Protect Marriage in Missouri is leading the campaign for the amendment, while the Constitution Defense League and PROMO are leading the opposition.
