Suburban Kansas City, and especially the Northland, is getting several “New Urban” developments. This new trend re-creates traditional neighborhoods like Brookside or North Kansas City, including a mix business, residences, and shops in a walkable outdoor setting. Last week we got our first look at this new trend when Zona Rosa opened at I-29 and Barry Road in Kansas City.
