The first debate in the Democratic primary for the 5th US House district is tonight. 8 pm at Penn Valley Community College, Room 101 in the Science and Tech Building.
Meanwhile, Cleaver continues to be dogged by questions over a loan for a car wash in Grandview. The latest news includes a misdemeanor for operating the business without workers comp insurance, and using the urban development loan in suburban Grandview.
