Local real estate tycoon Del Dunmire is selling off his remaining Bob Berdella items on Sunday, at the old Wal-Mart in Harrisonville. Back in 1992 Dunmire bought Berdella’s home and possessions. He demolished the house and returned the lot to the Hyde Park neighborhood, but has appareantly hung on to the remaining memorabillia for the past 12 years…
