Local PBS affiliate KCPT-TV channel 19 is finally resurrecting Ruckus, their popular local news and politics debate program. The McLaughlin-style program was cancelled a couple of years ago when fundraising declined during the recession. Today on KCUR radio’s Up To Date program, channel 19 president Bill Reed revealed that new private donations will enable the KCPT to return Ruckus to the air in January.
