The web of patronage and scandal continues to unravel over at 12th and Oak. The Star is reporting that former County Executive and current county lobbyist Bill Waris is facing criminal indictment and 15 years in jail for lying and obstructing investigations in various service contracts with current County Exec. Katheryn Shields. Some of these include contracts for the scandal-plagued COMBAT anti-drug tax.
