New Union Hill development

New residential developement continues at a fast pace all over the Greater Downtown area. The original developer of the Union Hill neighborhood south of Crown Center recently announced a new mixed-use project, the Founders at Union Hill. The new addition will include 500 residences, plus shops, restaurants, offices, and a new health club. Founders will feature a renovated Greenlease Cadillac building, as well as new construction in the classic Kansas City Colonnade style.
