Hanaway to be US Attorney?

Arch City Chronicle has a hot rumor that outgoing Speaker of the House Catherine Hanaway will be the new US Attorney for eastern Missouri.

Hanaway is currently the nastiest, most hateful politician in the state – a reputation that probably contributed to her loss in the Secretary of State race to Robin Carnahan. No matter which side you are on, it’s a good thing she’ll have less of a role in statewide politics.
