		<description>TWC&#039;s dubious reliability?  How do you figure?  I rarely have problems with either cable or modem service from TWC.  It&#039;s much better than SBC&#039;s DSL service.  While I&#039;m in TWC&#039;s area, most of Lee&#039;s Summit is in Comcast territory -which is  absolutely terrible.</description>
