Downtown residents now have their own neighborhood association. Businesses and developers are already well represented at City Hall, so it’s about time that the people actually living Downtown had their own voice. This is is especially important in a city where neighborhood associations are incredibly influential at City Hall on matters like streets, curbs, policing, zoning, etc. DNA will represent residents in the Loop and River Market areas. Residents in the southern end of Downtown are already represented by the Crossroads Community Assocation.
