Holl forum

Apparently there were a few hundred people still sober enough by the end of the day to fill up Unity Temple to hear architect Steven Holl discuss his design for the Nelson-Atkins Museum expansion. KCUR has some excerpts from Holl and from audience questions. The main message was to be patient and reserve judgment until the building is finished. It seems like a lot of the problem was an over-reliance on computer-generated models that just weren’t very realistic.
