Want to live in the Playboy Mansion?

Playboy logoMark Twain TowerOK it’s not quite the Mansion, but it is a former Playboy Club. The Biz Journal reports that the 21 story Mark Twain Tower at 11th and Oak is being considered for a $30 million loft conversion by Mark Latshaw, developer of the the Clubhouse on Baltimore in the old Kansas City Club Building. The Mark Twain Tower was formerly the Contental Hotel, where the top floor housed KC’s Playboy Club in the 1960s and 1970s.

    Shiznit – I’ll buy a loft if Playboy comes back with some bunnies.

    Sounds like a cool location. I’d buy a loft without any bunnies.
