People get a GRIP! Hooter’s is a restaurant with a theme. The theme is good times, good food, and friendly girls to serve you. If you would rather have the food at Denny’s then go there! I am a young, straight, professional female and I am not offended whatsoever by this resuaurant. I am, however, amused at people who can honestly say the don’t care for the place. If you are there to meet girls, then you are an idiot. If you are there for the food, then you are in the right place. They have excellent wings and my kids love it there! GET A LIFE

Thank God for this. Hooters food is horrible and inevitably the least attractive girl will be your server. The burgers at the flea market are great. I wouldn’t call the hard work that goes into spreading the hooters name history, that is what can be appreciated here. it’s hardly tired either, ever been?

who wants a poor performing flea bag of a business that doesn’t make any money or pay their bills, a dirty restaurant in an old crappy building instead of an exciting new restaurant that makes big money and pays sales tax and offers a patio and beer garden to tourists and business men who love the concept.

i don’t understand people who get attached to the old tired options and have no interest in adding new fresh life to an area.

if you have never been into a Hooters and don’t know anything about it, you should keep your opinion to yourself. BTW it is 75% food and they don’t even serve hard liquor, it’s a great place.

also, people must not understand that these deals take years to put together and a lot of hard work and investment by many people, to just expect that other empty restaurants available a few weeks ago should have been considered…..

HELLO!!! Kansas Cityians… Greetings from the “excitement capital of the world” Albuquerque N.M. (hold on a second I have to go watch some paint dry and then the excitement will really pick up when my neighbor waters his “lawn” ha ha)I have always been fasinated by your lovely city and want to visit badley, I hate to bring up the subject of Bob Berdella I hope he is in hell, but curiosity overtook me after learning about the monster and his crimes in a book I read last year, boy he is the LAST person in the world I would want to get ahold of me, I am a flea market junkie and heard he has a shop there what is in his bazzar booth now? I want to eat one of the burgers ive read about,but the thought of this nut having a booth there freaks my 42 year old mind out, I wonder if these lunitics who glorify serial killers go there to gawk, and also what ever happened to his Charlotte St. house i hope they tore it down!can someone email me and let me know? This rumor's been going around for a while--even the Star printed something on it back in November. I keep waiting to hear anything new. It would be a travesty, that's for sure.
