The problem, as usual in Kansas City is that they will look to fill the positions with people based on what they look like instead of their ability to do the job!
The next time you see a 4′6″ 255 pound minority female behind the wheel of a police cruiser ask yourself… Hmmm! how’d she pass the physical part of the training?
