		<description>It won&#039;t take the Chestnut nearly as long to become operational as it did the Cashew, because the Chestnut location doesn&#039;t require the renovation that the Cashew did. I believe it will be done close to January. God, it&#039;s great to watch downtown coming to life again...</description>
