Word on the street is that CBS’ Amazing Race is running around the Downtown and Plaza areas today, probably filming for the next season…

I don’t understand what people see in these so-called reality shows. If I had a choice between this one and Survivor (gag!), I’ll choose the Amazing Race, but I won’t watch them.
Just my two cents worth.
If anybody saw the team/s who were in town, I would love to hear a description of who, what, where, and when.
Most of these so-called reality shows suck because they’re not “reality” at all. They might not be scripted, but they’re for sure at least “guided”. “Reality show” is just a term now, it doesn’t mean it’s “real”. After all, there are a lot of shows that call themselves “comedies” that aren’t funny.
We saw one team on the Plaza, around lunchtime, at Panera Bread. It was a young man and woman, very attractive, looking for the downtown airport.
I was in PF Chang’s on the Plaza when a team and a cameraman ran in and out quickly. The guy I was with said they were looking for the Aviation Museum, which he said was at the downtown airport. I snapped some pics with my cell phone, but they weren’t that great.
This was 12/1 around 12:45PM
