Don’t forget that the week of December 26 is a holiday from the RecyleFirst trash tag rules. You can set out an unlimited number of trash bags, for free. Christmas can be taken to the drop-off centers at Choteau and Front Street or I-470 and Raytown Road. Also, Monday is a holiday so the whole schedule is delayed a day.

Great! Maybe for once trash will get picked up instead of torn apart by animals or tossed out on someone elses property. City parks are trash dumps, vacant property is a preferred location for litter bugs. God help you if you own acreage. Our fine Mayor made a mess out of trash collection.
Quick! Gather up all the trash your neighbors dumped on your property because they had more than two bags and set it at the curb for collection.
