The former host at KMBZ-AM 980 is launching his own Internet-based radio station on March 6. RadioGeorge will start off with a two hour local talk show, as well as the usual news and weather bulletins.

    I was just thinking about how we need MORE conservatives with their own talk shows! Who knows, maybe he’ll be a “compassionate conservative”, and get Ann Coulter to be his co-host! That sounds about right…

    By the way, KMBZ is 980, not 810. Sports and right-wing news, should not mix. :)

    It looks he will be selling commercials too. I don’t know what it cost to do live streaming like that, but it is hard to imagine that this could be a money-making endeavor for him. Perhaps this is a way to keep his name out there while he is looking for another station to pick him up. Any one know anything of the economics of online broadcasting?
