Historic tax credits in jeopardy again

State Senator Chuck Gross (R-St. Charles) continues his fight to kill the historic tax credit program that financed much of Kansas City’s (and St. Louis’) urban redevelopment over the last 10 years. His proposal would severely damage future progress.
