I have no idea what these cost, but grassroots efforts often spawn many different groups. There isn't just one YES and one NO group. So it's possible that the guy with the billboard(s?) isn't related to the groups that were counted to get to $501 and could be on his own. Mark–

Those guys only have $501.00 and they are buying billboards. I'll bet either they are cheating or they hid the amount that they had to spend. Some one should look into those guys finances.
