The Business Journal reports that plans are afoot to restart the Beacon Hill project, which got caught up in the city’s housing agency meltdown.  The massive project for 400-plus houses and townhomes centered near 25th and The Paseo is one of the largest in the country.  If all goes well, construction could resume this fall.
