The agreement was reached June 9. As a result, the Liquor Control Board hearing scheduled for June 29 to address the revocation request made by the Regulated Industries Division has been cancelled. Balanca's, which is located near 18th Street and Grand Avenue, had been cited earlier this year for inappropriate and lewd behavior. In a hearing before the Missouri state Liquor Control Board, Balanca's received a 21-day suspension. The City's suspension will run concurrent with the state's.
