Be a photojournalist for day

This looks like a very cool project. This weekend people will participate in a photo scramble to highlight local social issues through photography. The resulting photos will then be exhibited on September 1st in the First Fridays gallery crawl in the Crossroads Arts District.

Launch Meeting - Thursday, July 20 from 7p.m. to 9p.m.
University of Missouri (UMKC), Campus Building, 5322 Troost Ave.,
Kansas City , MO

The launch meeting on Thursday, July 20, will outline the project
agenda, schedule, details and basic how-to. It is the forum for asking
and answering the “How do I accomplish this while having a blast?”
questions. A $10 registration fee is required for participation in the
Photo Scramble.

Photo Scramble - Saturday, July 22 from 10a.m.- Midnight
