The Examiner reports that Good Morning America will be in downtown Lee’s Summit this week to do a segment father/daughter tap dancing… Taping happens on Thursday, and the live segment happens on Friday.

After 85 years Nichols Lunch closed yesterday without any advance warning.  I’m devastated, and didn’t even get a chance to say goodbye.  It was a Midtown landmark, with the best 3:00 a.m. trannies and eggs anywhere in the city.
