AS AUDITOR ,MARK FUNKHOUSER HAS THE EXPERIENCE OF LOOKING AT THE CITY WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS AND SEE WHAT HAS WORKED AMD WHAT HASN'T. And, yes, there are other good candidates as well. But Mark's approach is so different than what I'm used to seeing in a mayoral race.
