Jolie Justus, the newly-elected State Senator serving Midtown KC, is blogging her experiences as a fresman in the Missouri Senate. It’s an interesting look into what someone goes through when they get into politics. Her material ranges from a debate over banning laptops on the Senate floor to tales of a vegetarian riding on a state-wide bus tour full of hog jowls.
