Mark wants to stop TIFs that are not needed. Such bulding a Hotel with a 100% TIF North of the river when the [Marriott]Muehlebach need about $1 million a year out of the general fund each year. Could be that's why the Northland still is short on having a full staffing of the Police Dept. Some people need to get the facts straight.
