		<description>Walking out in protest is no protest at all.  It&#039;s saying yes without going on record as saying yes.  Why is it so darn hard for people to say no.  If they had stayed and voted it would have been 5-4, still passed, but with at least some dissent.  

I agree that the people of Missouri should be outraged.  I like ChrisM70&#039;s title.  This is a clear breech of trust with the Missouri voters.</description>
