Give the new mayor a piece of your mind

One of the main issues of Mayor-elect Mark Funkhouser’s campagin was to create an open, transparent government with lots of public participation. It looks like he is already starting to make good on that promise. On April 15 Funkhouser will record a citizen Q&A for Time Warner Cable’s KC On Demand channel. You can meet the incoming mayor and be on TV - 1-3 p.m. at the Crave Cafe coffee house in Volker, 1615 W. 39th Street 64111.
