Viable Third District

A couple Third District residents have a started a grass roots effort to encourage folks to shop and do business within the district, as a way to promote its economic viability. The city has long neglected to invest in the East Side, so it’s up to regular folks to take the lead. Successful areas like Brookside, Waldo, Volker, etc. all have a core of loyal residents who make an effort to shop/eat/work locally. These guys are doing just that, encouraging others to follow their lead, and keeping a journal.
