CABB, Citizens Against Billboard Blight, is a group working to reform the city’s overly permissive billboard rules. The result of these rules is plainly visible across the street from City Hall, where a giant billboard went up last year and the city was powerless to stop it. CABB will a public meeting on June 7th where you can find out more about their plans.
