Also this weekend is the annual Urban Tour, the Downtown component of the Spring Homes Tour. Open houses throughout the various Downtown neighborhoods provide a great opportunity to learn more out urban living and check out all of the posh lofts that us taxpayers are subsidizing.

A Crossroads District property has owner generated some discussion by proposing to turn the site of the old PCB Building at 21st and Wyandotte into a public park, something that the rapidly redeveloping neighborhood needs. Red Bridge, interrupted

Today one of the first acts of the new City Council was an unanimous vote to repeal the Red Bridge Road condemnation ordinance passed in the final days of the previous council. They also directed the City Manager to hire an independent consultant to study the issue and evaluate all the alternatives.
