Budget in the red?

The Star’s (now non-exclusionary) Prime Buzz overheard budget director Troy Schulte say the city may be up to $15 million short this year. It’s not that much when you consider it’s a billion dollar-plus budget, but Schulte reportedly hinted at job cuts while speaking to the Parks Board Tuesday.
