THIS IS A HUGE SCANDAL THAT WILL MAKE THE TRACY HOUSES SEEM LIKE NOTHING. start digging by watching the 2/21 finance committee for 070212. hinsvark probably wouldn't sign the agreement so cauthen fired her. the Citadel deal is an over $40 million handout deal to some crooked developers.
