If you are eagerly anticipating Bob’s 47, Boulevard’s fall seasonal beer, then please drink more Zōn. Bob’s is supposed to be available in September, but a little birdie says that Boulevard is waiting until the summer seasonal runs out. So, please go out and drink more Zōn. I know it’s not Boulevard’s best beer, but let’s all take one for the team.

I just went to the Outback restaurant and they told me that they were not going to carry Boulevard on tap anymore… even though they are bringing some Chicago beer (Goose Island) I am still concerned that they are doing away with local beers on tap.
“So, please go out and drink more Zōn.”
Couldn’t I just chew on broken glass instead? Not a Zōn fan. Love Bob’s 47 though!
The real question is, when do the new 750ml Bullys comes out?
Zōn is only slightly worse than unfiltered wheat and people down that stuff all the time.
Bully Porter may be the only Boulevard beer really worth raving about.
Oh, please. Zōn = Unfiltered Wheat? I don’t think so. I think their new Lunar Ale will probably take its place as my favorite of their year round brews, though. Unless they can magically decide to start doing either Bob’s 47 or Irish Ale year round, that is.
Jim, I would love to see them make Bob’s year round and perhaps move Lunar to the fall seasonal.
Two people who like Lunar Ale.
It’s almost a movement.
Lunar is good. Zon is crap and I hope that it doesn’t come back next year. I vote for Bob’s 47 being a yer round beer.
True, Zon is underwhelming. I would love to see the Irish Ale become a regular.
