		<description>Hahaha Dave, I agree. The sooner peak oil happens, the better. I don&#039;t think it&#039;ll be a long wait, but it&#039;s gonna seem like an eternity. I pray every day for $8/gallon gasoline. In fact, a friend and I are planning a self-sufficient 20-acre community where all who are willing to work will be provided for. It, and not the SUV&#039;s and McMansions, are the future. The suburbs are the slums of tomorrow, and the shopping malls will be thrift markets. At our farm, we&#039;ll be growing organics and heating and cooling with solar power, and using root cellars.</description>
