Media in KC and St. Louis are reporting that the University of Missouri Board of Curators is voting today to hire ex-Sextel CEO Gary Forsee as the new system president.  Rumors are already swirling that one of Forsee’s first moves will be to relocate UMKC to a new campus in southern Johnson County…
