Tonight the Downtown Neighborhood Association’s monthly meeting will include a presentation on public transportation in Kansas City. From yesterday’s streetcars to today’s buses to tomorrow’s trains. 6:30 p.m. at the Central Library, 14 West 10th Street (between Main and Baltimore).

Maybe I’m not seeing it, but it looks like there is NO mention of this meeting on the DNA’s website, and no mention of the meeting on the KCLibrary’s website either (although they do have listed that tonight is Dungeons & Dragons Night).
It just seems like since transportation and light rail are such a big issue, that if you are having a meeting like this, you might want to
TRY AND LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT IT.
Kudos for KCBlog for bringing this to people’s attention, but it’s a little late of a notice to fit into my schedule.
