Just get rid of the asphalt and mortar on these streets, and the ridiculous and expensive (and seemingly constant) "repaving" won't be necessary. Plus, the bumpy ride will force the traffic to slow down, a good thing, since a lot of KC drivers treat every street as if it were a highway.
