In other words, they couldn&#039;t find a qualified candidate anywhere IN THE WORLD willing to take the job, so they just gave one of their own MU staff members $165,000 a year.

Why do the right thing and help those who have had their lives destroyed by Lay  when they can just give the money to an underqualified employee who already has a job at MU?
