The City Council in North Kansas City has banned smoking in that city, and like KCMO it includes a ban on casinos as soon as all other casinos are covered. Riverside is now the only casino city without a smoking ban

Sweet – now I can hang out there more often!
Does anyone know if KCK’s proposed casino is included in the trigger clause?
For KCMO’s trigger to activate both Riverside and KCK would have to ban smoking. Don’t forget, KCK already has a casino (the 7th Street Casino downtown) and since it’s a tribal casino I doubt a KCK ban would apply. Which would therefore make KCMO’s trigger clause untriggerable.
