While the biggest race is that for Jackson County Sheriff, the headline is the 40th District for the Missouri House of Representatives. JJ Rizzo is challenging incumbent Rep. John Burnett for the third time in a row, as these two political families continue to fight over control of the Old Northeast neighborhoods.
