The brain drain of the KC Star continues with news that reporter Jeff Spivak has accepted McClatchey’s latest buyout offer and has left the newspaper.  Despite being a Leawood resident, Jeff provided much of the Star’s  coverage of urban issues like light rail, transportation, etc.
