Jack Cashill goes ALL IN with Obama/Ayers theory

Local wingnut poster boy Jack Cashill has really gone off the deep end with his latest crazy theory.  He’s no pushing the urban legend that former radical Bill Ayers is the real author of Senator Barack Obama’s books. John Landsberg thinks that Cashill has his entire journalistic reputation on the line.

But we have to ask what reputation? It’s amazing that reputable news organizations like KCUR or KCPT give this guy air time or that Ingram’s Magazine lets him use the title of Executive Editor. State of the Line rightly surmises that Jack has crossed a threshold where no one can deny he’s a fake news wingnut.

Hopefully this latest and most egregious wingnuttery will finally bring an end to the torturous Cashill diatribes on Up To Date, Week in Review, and the Walt Bodine Show. Yet, are still a little sad for the loss of the old Colonial Barbershop in the South Plaza, where you could hang out and listen to him dispense the craziness in person.  It was good times. Jack, where to you get your hair cut now??
